Good but some of them were broken. We are very sorry to give you a bad shopping experience. We have sent you an email to deal with the breakage. At the end of the day it’ll come down to the user but I started with a machine that was 50 bucks and upgraded to this one which was more power is wireless and for the time I’m writing this has been reliable for about 8 months with no issue comes with replacement motor parts if it starts getting worn down. But compared to pros guns that are like 800 dollars this is your best bang for your buck. And the battery last forever I’m able to complete many tattoos before worrying about charging it I’d estimate you maybe get 10-12 hrs of work before needing to charge it. I have bought so many tattoo machines the past two years that were By Mast and Dragon Hawk and even CNC and I have Borrowed my fellow artist Bishops to try them out, and my buddy that has been tattooing for 3 years told me about the ambition and telling me to buy it cause I won’t regret it and honestly I have done my most amazing work with this machine the weight the way it handles and keeps track of my my time while tattooing and how it pulls some of the cleanest lines I have ever done and packs that color in like a beast! You can see by the photos I have posted how amazing this machine does! Honestly I’m tempted to buy another just its that amazing and honestly handles just like a bishop so take my word for it you won’t regret spending the money on this machine will save you money and pay itself off so fast! A lot of artists at the shop I work at have all switched to using GMK blue needles! They’re a shop favorite and great for the price! Definitely worth the money I used it before and it really great for lining. Smooth and easy. Will def buy it again nice cartridge, easy to use, sharp and stable
