Warranty declaration

At GMK Tattoo Supply, we strive to ensure that all our customers have a positive experience. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do WHATEVER we can to resolve your issue. We back this up with a 12-month direct warranty service for all your machines purchased from GMK. During this period, we guarantee any problems caused by defects in the quality of the machine itself.

All items we manufacture are warranted for one year from the date of sale. The warranty covers items as they come to you but will not cover damages to items in your possession. To claim a warranty, you will be required to provide proof of purchase. Once your item is received, it will promptly be inspected and evaluated. If it is deemed a warranty issue, it will be repaired free of charge or parts of the machine will be sent (if applicable) and returned to you within a maximum of 7 business days.

The One Year Warranty is voided if:

  • The machine shows signs of being dropped
  • The machine shows signs of ink/liquid within the internal body and motor components
  • The machine shows signs of tampering
  • The machine shows signs of internal parts replaced on your own

Non-Warranty Repairs:

If it has been longer than a year since you purchased your device, you can still send in your device for repair. If your repair requires a payment, we will email you before proceeding with any type of repair.
