30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders, provided the items have not been opened and do not affect secondary sales. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Duration: Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regretfully cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must not be used, and must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Request:

  • If the product is damaged or unusable due to a manufacturing defect, GMK Tattoo Supply will bear the full return shipping cost.
  • If a customer wishes to return a product due to incorrect purchase or other non-damage related reasons, the product must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging. The return must be authorized by GMK Tattoo Supply. The customer can choose the logistics, and the return must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Return Fees:

  • All returns due to product quality issues or incorrect products shipped will have return shipping fees fully covered by GMK Tattoo Supply.
  • Customer returns due to incorrect product purchase or other non-quality related reasons will require the customer to bear the return shipping cost.

How to Return an Item:

Please email us at with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Condition of the item(s)
  • Reason for returning the item

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
