1. Agreement
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the GMK Tattoo Supply Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).
2. Purpose
This Agreement provides the terms and conditions for your participation in the Program. The purpose of the Program is to permit you to advertise GMK Tattoo Supply products on your site and to earn advertising fees for Qualifying Purchases made by your end users.
3. Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion.
4. Affiliate Obligations
We may monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may notify you of any changes to your site that we feel should be made.
5. GMK Tattoo Supply’s Rights and Obligations
We have the right to monitor your site at any time to determine if you are following the terms of this Agreement. We may notify you of any changes to your site that we feel should be made, or to make sure that your links to our web site are appropriate and to notify you of any changes that we feel should be made.
6. Commission Determination
A commission will only be paid if the customer makes the payment within 30 days of the transaction. The commission structure may be changed at any time. You will receive a Commission for sending authorized sales via your links.
7. Payment
We will pay Affiliates via a PayPal account. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary PayPal account to receive payments.
8. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
GMK Tattoo Supply will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program.
